About This Role

Teams24 partners with international clients to deliver technology solutions and support, and we're growing our own engineering team. As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you won't be sidelined on throwaway tasks — you'll ship actual features alongside our engineers, working across the same modern stack we use in production. Strong performers convert to full-time roles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship features across the full stack — frontend, backend, and database
  • Develop responsive interfaces in Next.js with TypeScript
  • Build and integrate APIs using NestJS / Express
  • Work with PostgreSQL — schema design, queries, and data modelling
  • Collaborate on real client projects with guidance from senior engineers
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
  • Debug, test, and improve existing features
  • Learn to use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Understanding of at least one modern frontend framework (React / Next.js preferred)
  • Basic backend knowledge — REST APIs, Node.js
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL (PostgreSQL a plus)
  • Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows
  • Eager to learn, take ownership, and ask good questions
  • Available for a full-time internship and able to come to the Chennai office when needed
  • Final-year students, recent graduates, or self-taught developers all welcome
  • Personal projects, a GitHub profile, or deployed apps you can show
  • Exposure to NestJS, or workflow automation (n8n)
  • Basic understanding of AI/LLM APIs
  • Any freelance or hackathon experience
