About This Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to manage paid acquisition campaigns for D2C e-commerce clients across US, UK, and worldwide markets. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing strategies, optimizing campaign metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV), managing ad spend across multiple channels, and driving direct sales for e-commerce platforms. You will work with high-velocity campaigns, analyze customer behavior, and execute data-driven marketing strategies that scale.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok for D2C e-commerce clients
  • Monitor daily performance metrics — ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV — and make real-time optimizations
  • Manage ad budgets responsibly, identify growth opportunities, and scale winning campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and targeting to maximize performance
  • Analyze customer behavior data and provide insights to improve campaign strategy and conversion funnels
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to align ad messaging with e-commerce product strategy
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and implement best practices for paid acquisition

Requirements

  • Mandatory: 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns for D2C e-commerce (fashion, beauty, home, or consumer goods)
  • Mandatory: Proven track record with US/UK/international audiences — show us your numbers (ROAS, CAC, revenue generated)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics — ROAS, CAC, AOV, customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion funnels
  • Knowledge of UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and conversion pixels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a distributed team
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce e-commerce platforms
  • Bonus: Experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, or retention campaigns
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Klaviyo
