About This Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join a fast-growing FinTech company in Chennai. This is a sales and marketing operations role — not a tech/SDE profile. The ideal candidate should bring energy, ambition, and a strong hustler mindset to thrive in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales and account management activities with a strong client-facing approach
  • Support marketing operations and execution as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly targets with a performance-driven mindset
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with the team to drive revenue growth and customer success

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing operations
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior exposure to FinTech, BFSI, or SaaS sales is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role
  • Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately
  • Open to working 5 days a week from the client’s Mount Road office
